Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend the conference, you have the following options:

You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us to arrange a ticket transfer if required.
You may cancel your ticket and receive a 100% refund. This may be done no later than Thursday 7th November 2024 (14 days prior).
After Thursday 7th November 2024 (14 days prior), IWA are unable to refund tickets, but you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another staff member from your organisation to attend in your place. Please contact us to arrange a ticket transfer if required.
