Website Payment Information

This website has online payments which allows conference registration and membership renewal. The below terms apply to all areas of payment with this website. There is no shipping or handling available from this website as purchases can only be made for  conference and membership renewal. GST is included in all prices on this website.

Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards are the only accepted forms of payment.

Credit card details are never saved on this website and are passed securely to westpac to complete the transaction. All communication is transferred using 256-bit SSL.

Terms & Conditions

Pricing – all prices quoted in membership fee or conference registration brochure are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.

Cancellation / Refund – should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome. A charge of 50% of the registration fee may be made for cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 7 days of the conference start date.

Photography – by registering, participants understand and agree that they may be photographed, filmed, quoted, and/or recorded at the Institute of Water Administration events and these may be used in Institute of Water Administration publications and promotional materials. If you do not wish your image to be used, please make it known to us.
